Summer break has come and gone and boy, what a whirlwind! In the blink of an eye the boys are back in school. Back into morning and night routines, the bedtime battles proceed. I am the proud mama of a fifth grader and a third grader 😱 Whaaaat?! My niece is a SOPHOMORE with her drivers permit!!! This is too much!

The summer was quite eventful, a lot of new experiences, some old routines and sorely missed late mornings.

Our trip to Atlanta to North Myrtle Beach. Taekwondo camp, VBS, Belt boot camp, Grandma Marcy (my Mom) visiting, numerous trips to the movies and Urban Air, planning and celebrating Ryan’s 8th Birthday and starting Matthew’s Orthodontic journey. To Ollie getting sick and needing TWO E.R. Visits, Duke having stomach issues, Biggie having two big Rodent Ulcers, Cali getting back into her prissy piss sessions! Bucky is the only good pet at this point 🤣 It’s been a long short vacation to say the least. 

I’ve also noticed that along with everything my anxiety has increased exponentially. Mentally I know that I’m ok, but emotionally I get so frazzled. The overwhelming crazy keeps me on my toes to say the least. Life really does pass us by.

As a wife and mother, I couldn’t be anymore proud of my husband and boys! Their hearts are so full of love and it’s really made it’s self evident in this season of life. 

But back to it! Summer is finito, and I’m excited to get back on track with myself, hold my self accountable and get my mind right. Peloton rides and yoga, HERE I COME!  I’ve been M.I.A. In my posts, I know I need to work on that too. Being consistent is on my list of to do’s.

With a new school year comes new activities as well. Matthew is back in Fall ball and getting his braces next week, Ryan is still in Taekwondo and signed up for soccer…Matt is back to traveling for work, pray for me y’all… If nothing else, I’ll have some nice blog posts about it all.
